Hi Cindy, glad you found this inspiring. It’s amazing the number of excuses we can find to not do the things that are actually going to benefit us. Takes a bit of retraining your brain but you can ignore the excuses and reap the rewards of going ahead anyway! Let me know how you get on…


That was very inspiring. I often think of doing a class or a fast walk but then have many excuses not to go ahead. So I end up doing nothing. Thank you.
