Experiment by saying each of these statements out loud. Go slowly, breathe as you're saying each one and really focus on the words you are saying. Notice what the words look like, sound like or feel like as you're saying them.  

Which ones make you feel most positive and committed to carrying through with your action?

Rate each one of the statements on a scale of 1 to 6 according to how strongly they motivate you. 6 is super-motivating and 1 is totally de-motivating. Choose your "top three" and even your "top one" that are the most motivating and empowering for you.
