Tips and support for life under lockdown and a series of short snapshots of what I'm doing day-to-day. Each video is around 60 seconds or less to give you a burst of positivity and motivation (that's assuming I'm positive and motivated when I record them!) There are some really interesting resources on the Action for Happiness website. Here is July's calendar which is all about building resilience so you can cope better with what life throws at you. What I like about these is they are achievable, manageable and small actions - one for each day - they're not overwhelming but, when you do them, you improve your resilience and the quality of your life. Give it go and let me know how you get on.
