Each video is around 60 seconds or less to give you a burst of positivity and motivation (that's assuming I'm positive and motivated when I record them!) I'm aiming to add something new each day, so keep checking in!
There are some really interesting resources on the Action for Happiness website. Here is July's calendar which is all about building resilience so you can cope better with what life throws at you. What I like about these is they are achievable, manageable and small actions - one for each day - they're not overwhelming but, when you do them, you improve your resilience and the quality of your life. This week is Mental Health Awareness Week and this year's theme is kindness. Showing kindness to others and yourself is important - especially during such difficult times.
