Now is a good point to review your progress and boost your motivation some more.
When you've completed the questionnaire it's a good idea to check back to the first one you filled in before you got started. This will not only remind you of how things were when you first started and how you felt (we quickly forget this as we make progress) but it will also show you what progress you've made - giving your motivation a boost.
If your questionnaire doesn't show progress and it looks like things have become worse, don't worry - it's normal for some people to experience a dip in their wellbeing, mood and health after they've stopped drinking.
For some, things get worse before they get better. This is usually a good thing as it means their body and mind is gradually settling into a "baseline" from which people can work to improve things.
As you complete future questionnaires, you will notice an overall trend of improvement and progress with maybe some dips here and there in the middle of your journey. Of course, some people just get consistent improvement and that's great too!
