Or, WHAT WE KNOW WORKS WHEN DEALING WITH ADDICTIONS AND CHANGING HABITS AND WHERE TO FIND IT IN GO GET SOBER.

There are certain strategies that work really well when helping people to change their habits and overcome addictive behaviours. We know these strategies work because they’ve been used successfully by experienced therapists, counsellors and coaches over many years and have proved highly effective in helping people make lasting and permanent changes.

(Some of the scientific language used below comes from the world of Neuro Linguistic Programming, or NLP, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and might be unfamiliar to you. Suggestions for further reading and information is given at the bottom of this page).
