One-to One coaching is a great way to get confidential, one-to-one support from me. If you’ve been struggling to stay sober, or you’ve slipped up, or you haven’t quite managed to take the plunge into quitting drinking yet, I’ll give you the extra kickstart and guidance you need.

Coaching is really about giving you some space, reflection time and guidance - it’s about helping you get to where you want to be and giving you the tools to get there. We’ll do it over the phone or with a video call, sessions last an hour and everything is confidential.
Coaching is for you if you’re ready to put some energy into making changes and doing things differently. You need to be ready to put in some work because there will be actions for you to take away from each coaching session.
